We do not accept returns, unless you have received a defective item.
If you are the recipient of a defective item please follow the below process.

How To Return A Defective Item
Processing of returns is handled via a Returns Form on our website Once you enter the description of the defect on the form we will review and respond to you advising if the defect is valid and if item can be returned. If the item is deemed to be defective by us we will issue a printable returns label via email.. To return the package please follow below process:
–    Use original packaging
–    Include all tags and labels that came with the item
–    Print your original order receipt and highlight the item you are returning
–    Include your description of defect on the form and include form in the return package
–    Please apply the return label on your package and drop it off at your nearest post office

For the return to be valid it must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase. Additionally, please ensure that item(s) are in unused and undamaged condition and have all tags and labels attached.

Refunds will not be processed if above conditions are not met.

We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. We will only refund the sales price and tax paid for the item along with the return shipping.

We do not have an exchange program.
