Prajakta Joshi
Lotus. Feather. Swan. My favorite drawing subjects as a child. I loved the softness these forms created. Drawing has always been a part of me. Art school ignited my passion for art and design. While in college, I also found my passion for yoga—practicing at the Iyengar Institute in Pune, India. I am now a certified teacher of yoga at the Integral Yoga Institute of Princeton with over 500 hours of teacher training. My additional training also includes mastery in Reiki and Pranic Healing.
To see a student, gain alignment with body and mind after months of classes is beautifully gratifying.
Meditation provides the serenity that lets my creativity flow—sometimes like calm, soothing drops and sometimes bursting like a river. It’s all about being in the present, in the very moment where everything comes to life.
YogaDham was born from this concept—to bring people into the awareness of being in the present.
